I must have some kind of connection to the Romulan Commander, (although Balance of Terror is probably the closest I can say to having only one favorite episode) so many things he said echo in my mind at times.

Plus I get the feeling that the Romulan ambassador in TUC proves that relations between both the Federation and their Empire must have been quite good, excellent in fact to have let him in on their plans to defeat the Klingons in any conflict!
