If Seven had showed up in Season 1 or 2, I think it would've been more conflict with Sisko. But after that, the Klingon War and then the Dominion War really seemed to draw his attention more.
Plus, he sort of put his anger to bed with the series premiere, at least where Locutus/Picard was concerned. I think Sisko would've seen him more responsible than Seven. He might've even seen Seven as a victim of the Borg, almost as much or even more so than Jennifer Sisko or all the others that were killed or assimilated by the Borg.
Still it would've been cool to see a Sisko v. Borg story at least once.
Sisko wouldn't work with her, period. If she got transferred there, he'd give up his command and go back to New Orleans. He doesn't do Borg. At all.
And by the way, for me, "V'ger" is normally associated with a super-massive cloud of mechanical crazy headed towards Earth in the TOS Motion Picture. I never watched "Voyager". Thus, it took me a few moments to work out what the hell you were talking about...![]()
You gotta admit it'd be fairly intruiging have her on DS9 and watch her interactions w/Garak, Martok, Quark....watching Bashir go gaga. Perhaps having the war really go super bad and maybe she implement some Borg improvement to the Defiant and Rotarian and have them blow the hell out a major Dominion shipyard or K-white facility.
A meeting between Sisko and that character would be cold, at best. She still considers herself a Borg. Still calls herself "Seven of Nine". Tries to get re-assimilated at every opportunity.
Sisko was stony towards Picard, who wasn't a willing participant. How much worse would it have been if Picard still went by Locutus and thought of himself as a Borg?
