Quite possible.
But I think the writers would do away with that rather soon just as they did it between Sisko and Picard.
Ultimately though, the ship in that case should have returned to the AQ at least 3 years before it did (at the beginning of 7th season of Ds9) in order for any of what was proposed to make it convincing or if they wanted to turn it into a drawn out conflict.
However adding 7 of 9 to the show would not add to it in any capacity.
I find Voyager better than DS9 personally, however I will admit that it could have implemented some different approaches.

You gotta admit it'd be fairly intruiging have her on DS9 and watch her interactions w/Garak, Martok, Quark....watching Bashir go gaga. Perhaps having the war really go super bad and maybe she implement some Borg improvement to the Defiant and Rotarian and have them blow the hell out a major Dominion shipyard or K-white facility.
If Seven had showed up in Season 1 or 2, I think it would've been more conflict with Sisko. But after that, the Klingon War and then the Dominion War really seemed to draw his attention more.
Plus, he sort of put his anger to bed with the series premiere, at least where Locutus/Picard was concerned. I think Sisko would've seen him more responsible than Seven. He might've even seen Seven as a victim of the Borg, almost as much or even more so than Jennifer Sisko or all the others that were killed or assimilated by the Borg.
Still it would've been cool to see a Sisko v. Borg story at least once.

I agree with that Sisko would have probably seen Seven in a better light then Picard. She was just a little girl when she was assimilated. Plus she didn't hand over decades worth of Starfleet tactical and strategic knowledge into the hands of the enemy that allowed them to sweep aside the Federation force at Wolf 359.
After the premiere I think that was enough of the Borg. Especially given how central it was to Voyager that was to come and in First Contact. I'm glad we saw more of the mundane species in the Alpha Quadrant.

He'd probably work with her but he wouldn't be happy about it. He wouldn't put up with her bitchy, superior-then-thou attitude like Janeway did with her "oh that's just her funny little way" demenor. He'd also make her wear some god damn clothes. Odo would identify with her a lot and they'd probably become friends. Dax would try to become a big sister to her and try to get her to open up and act like a human being and hook her up on dates and what not. Quark would drool. Bashir would find her fascinating and would try to lay her( He's got to be a step up from Chuckles). O'Brein would think she's a bitch. Worf would consider her an abomination, and as a courtesy not kill her. Kira would kick her ass the first time the word "Irrelevant" is said. Holy shit would I love to see that. Garak would see her as a potential threat.
Bashir by this time was too mature (or at least showing his real self) to go ga-ga over Seven. Quark would have been the to go all nuts over her. Outside of him and possibly Sisko I could not really see her having any interesting interactions with any of the crew. She belongs on VOY and wouldn't work well on other shows iMO. But I bet the DS9 writers could have made her even more interesting and three dimensional without devoting even half the time to her that TPTB of VOY did (which hurt that show as far as I'm concerned). On VOY she was simply a sex-kitten Spock-Data wannabe.
I am not sure why they would have assigned Seven to DS9-her skills do not seem like they would mesh well there. I could see Seven working at Federation HQ on some major project involving mapping or research, but not stationed on DS9.
This is actually a very good point. I revise my earlier opinion then.
Sisko was more flexible in alot of ways than alot of starship captains, and more willing to work with his crew's idiosyncrasies. But you are correct - not when it came to the Borg.
The Borg get no slack at all from him.
Given his treatment of Picard and then of Eddington, I'd have to wonder if he'd be tempted to just blow her away on sight.
