Ezri, Ezri and more Ezri, Kira's hairdo, and the ridiculous Dukat/Winn parallel arc (I mean chanting, fire caves and blood dripping on pages to reveal hidden text? Give me a f*****g break!) made this one of the worst seasons of DS9.
I couldn't possibly choose the three worst, because there are so many bad ones...but if someone had a gun to my head, and said: "if you don't choose I'll kill you, and this whole busfull of school children," and one of the kids had a cure for AIDS, I guess I'd say...actually, I still couldn't. I'll just say that the few watcheable ones are Chimera, It's Only A Paper Moon, Treachery, and Chrysalis (which everyone seems to hate, like they hate Let He Who Is Without Sin..., Looking for Par'mach, Crossfire, and His Way, which are all good episodes. You guys really don't like love stories do you?).
