Second would be Kira and Odo. It was sooooooooooo out of left field and every time I'd see them together as a couple I would cringe because it never felt organic.
This was my vote, inorganic is the best description - it always felt more like something the writers wanted. I'd buy them as super-good platonic friends, or even Odo pining away unrequited, but Kira never seemed interested in him romantically.

I don't know why Berman Trek continually tried to force romantic relationships amongst the leads. It rarely worked.

Dax and Worf! With Troi I found it moving because Alexander became a recurring character and the boy became attached to her; so their relationship formed organically and I wish it remained to this day.

Worf and Deanna together in the final episode of TNG was great.
I don't like DS9 took that away.
That relationship was nicely built on TNG, slowly but there was something nice about it.
A fearless mighty warrior and mind reading therapist in a relationship, oh the potential.

I don't think it's the worst per se but Garak and Ziyal with him always tut tutting and saying oh my dear how naive you are and that kinda stuff always annoyed me.
But Leeta and Rom and her "Oh Rom" was the worst.

Ishka and Zek.

As a couple, they were designed to annoy Quark comedically, which they mostly accomplished. However, their coupling contributed to elements I hated: a small universe syndrome, whereby the great leader kept coming back to the struggling merchant, and the domestication of a great feminist character.

Given that Ishka did (alone and in a couple of years) what it took the entire American women's suffrage moment over five decades to accomplish, I'd hardly say she was the one domesticated!
By her relationship with a powerful man, not by her activism. She had less agency.

Hmmm... in "Family Business", she showed plenty, and was perfectly willing to get steamrolled by the male establishment to make her point. But she seduces the right guy, and... yeah. In other words, the show presents the lovely message that the only way a woman can accomplish change is by sexual manipulation.

As if I didn't already hate the "Ishka waves her magic wand and singlehandedly turns Ferengi women from livestock to full equals" story arc enough.

There was something about Garak and Ziyal's mutual attraction felt like the tale from "The Scorpion and the Frog". Every time on screen I suspected Garak was going to do something horrible to her for revenge on Gul Dukat. Lot of story wasted on a character who was destined to die, I guess falling by the hands of the 1 dimensional Cardassian "Damar" was appropriate for such a menial character, but secrets should've been revealed to why Garak and Dukat hated each other and what specifically was the cause for the rift? Again, at the time, although I was disappointed in the change of pace of the series in the War Seasons, I never expected the end would turn out to be a cartoon story about Angels and Demons. DS9 was better than that and the characters were sophisticated enough to tell a story fitting for each of them.

Garak and Dukat deserved a proper ending and Ziyal should've been the key for them to collide.

I don't know if there are more characters I hated the most from that series than the Doofus turned Doofus genius "Rom" and the ever lovable whore turned into a Union leading whore "Leeta". I wish those characters would go away because they were annoying and I thought wasted a lot of screen time for the main characters on the show. I do understand why Rom became a genius because they needed someone to encompass that role since Terry Farrell was ill-equipped to do so, but Rom was a terrible choice to fill in that role.

I wasn't a fan of most couples on DS9. The only one I actually did like was Ben and Kassidy. Ishka and Zek was just dumb.

I liked Jadzia and Worf. It made sense to me why Jadzia would go with Worf. Dax had a history with Klingons. Jadzia liked to hang out with aliens, battling with Klingons, playing Dabo with the Ferengi. Her sense of adventure working with Worf's warrior spirit, her sense of humor softening his stern demeanor. I liked them together, and I liked their wedding ceremony. I liked You Are Cordially Invited too. One of my favorite episodes.

Jadzia Dax and Deral, in Meridian. We're supposed to believe that she punted on a reassociation with Lenara Kahn, who she really did have pretty good chemistry with, was previously marred to, etc., because it would mean exile from Trill and the death of Dax when Jadzia died... but she's willing to consider staying with Deral on Meridian based on about two days of infatuation but equally deadly to Dax when Jadzia dies. And the chemistry with Deral was not even that great.
