Looks like that was for some sort of circlevision.

Been mostly doing dailies in the Jungle to get my rep up. Once I get that done I can fly again. Also continuing the garrison and legendary questline via shipyard.

Yeah it is some kind of RV thing?

I quit for a while but went back last night and started a dwarf out of nostalgia on my old server which is a cesspit Sometimes I just miss dwarfs (I have only played horde for a long time). Will see how it goes, never done a paladin before.

I want to get OUT of the garrisons entirely. But it seems we need them once more, bleh.

Tanaan jungle actually makes alot of the garrison redundant.

Basically you operate from a forward base in Tanaan Jungle. But you still need to go back to the Garrison and the shipyard from time to time. Though with the right bodyguard you can do all the missions in the field, and after a certain number of naval missions, they give you a teleport to the shipyard.

Tanaan Jungle is sort of like a giant Timeless Isle with rotating dailies and bonus objectives in various areas. Lots of rares to hunt and the dailies actually encourage you to either hunt rares or treasure for a specific drop that only comes from those things. Also a rep grinding area.

I've gotten two of the three reps I nee to Revered. The last one is dailies based only I think. There is also a rare medallion that will raise your rep with all the Dreanor factions by 1000. I got Neutral with a faction I can't even access via that.

Once you open Tanaan jungle you don't need to go back to the garrison beyond maybe turning in some quests. There's nothing forcing you to work with the ship yard or the followers/buildings. Unless you're doing the epic ring quest line.

True, but why would one not want a legendary ring if you can get one?

Something to do, and LFR make at least the getting in part easy. It will probably take longer as they open up wings. By then the rep grinding will be done in the Jungle anyway, leaving only the garrison quest chain stuff which ties directly into the story for the raid on Hellfire Citadel.

The setup so far, given were we are in WoD, would either be that we need to take the fight to the Burning Legion on some other planet. We need to explore other continent on Draenor for more allies in the fight against the Legion, or even local Old Gods. Or something happens on Azeroth while we've been distracted in the alternate past of Draenor and we need to pack up our armies and find a way back to save our homes.

Or take one more step and invade alternate past Azeroth to get legendary heroes back. Though I don't think they will go that route. Unless an Emerald Nightmare expansion (which would be the unaltered Azeroth in an alternate pocket universe the Green Dragons and Druids were keeping safe) also allows for legends to come back.

There is the underwater expansion were we need to deal with at least one more Old God and the Naga. Though they could just raise a continent out there to avoid the underwater zones problem people had with Vash'jir. (I liked that place, but I can handle 3D movement in WoW)

There is the needed invasion of Argus. Perhaps leading us to the last of the lost Alliance heroes of Warcraft II.

But there is also a whole freaking planet we can explore with an intact Draenor and that we have build a navy to compliment our personal armies. We (the General of our faction in Draenor) have a lot of power and fame behind us now. It would be silly to send us anyplace known to do grunt work like we use to do leveling as some random adventurer or wonderer. While we might still get the random quest to collect animal bits, it tends to now be because if we don't the universe will end.

I'd be stoked. I've been wanting to travel through that gate in Duskwood since 2005.

I think it would be cool if they called it "Titan". Great way to bring it back to WotLK and salvage some dignity from that next gen game Blizzard was working on.
