I think that Worf tended to kick more ass in DS9 compared to TNG.
Well I dunno.... unless he was out numbered, shot while unarmed, attacked from behind or against some super powerful being..... he generally kicked everybody's arse in both TNG and DS9.
After all, every Klingon he came up against he took out.... he took on Duras and won.... he took on Duras's son and won (while out numbered with only Dax and Kor helping him).... He took on Gowron and won.....
.... and while one could argue Gowron was a mere politician, don't forget that he took on Emperor Kahless and won..... so he knew how to fight and he almost beat Worf.
If anything, Worf was probably the best Klingon warrior of his time.... but you can't expect him to win against everybody against every situation.
I found that in TNG, they usually had Worf thrown into a situation against a more powerful opponent and loose in order to portray just how powerful and dangerous the individual in question was....... perhaps though they did this a little too much.
Added:
I just looked at the video and talk about edited, one-sided and kind of skewing perspective a bit.
Most shown in that video have explanations I've previously mentioned.... half, if not more then half of the scenes shown were actually fights he won, but they don't show that..... the rest were usually him getting his arse kicked by some possessed being, shape shifter, multiple people coming at him at the same time, an android, genetically modified soldiers who were made to increase in strength, speed and agility when threatened, etc.....
..... I doubt many others could do better then what he did.
