This isn't sounding great but I've liked most of Kelley's work (apart from the later Ally McBeal). I'll thus give it a chance, unless the reviews and word-of-mouth are appalling.
I know you're smarting from the certain cancellation of The Cape, but is there anything NBC could have differently? The ratings just aren't there. It sucks that they're not, but a network can't keep running a show that there just isn't enough of an audience for. I mean I really wish Caprica had been renewed and Haven cancelled, but I don't rail against Syfy for doing the opposite because they just did what made sense based on the ratings.I just hate NBC right now.![]()
Lynda Carter broke the mold when it comes to Wonder Woman.![]()
No telling how much of that will actually end up on the screen. It's still VERY early.

I'd like her to break my mold, if you know what I mean...
???^ Are we talking in the sense of the infamous plaster casters?
True, but the summary of this script reads like a "Catwoman"-level trainwreck. It's a horrible mish-mash of "Ally McBeal," "Buffy," the "Iron Man" movies and "Sex in the City."

3 identities are a great way to keep one secret. If everybody thinks they already know Wonder Woman's real name they won't think she has a secret identity and thus won't go looking for it.

Yikes, that does sound pretty bad. Some of that stuff I don't really mind (the nerdy helpers, the corporate job, the unrequited love for Steve Trevor), and in general I like the idea of making Diana a slightly softer, more relatable character. And I don't have a problem with the occassional use of a pop song either.
But overall, there's just WAY too much cheesiness going on there at once, for one episode.
