Wow, someone at DC stole a rejected costume from a Thor movie, and then made a shitty poster with it for some reason.
I hope that we don't see that stupid crap in the movie. The film already has to try to survive hiring a shitty comedian as the villain, taking away Wonder woman's costume for literally no reason is just being shitty out of spite instead of just incompetence.
But, hey, if they're actively trying to make me lose interest in the sequel to a movie that I really enjoyed, then they're succeeding. Between hiring a shitty SNL actress as Cheetah and this shit, I'm starting to think that Patty Jenkins will turn out to be a one hit wonder. I hope I'm wrong, but my excitement for this film is nowhere near where it should be. I knew it probably wouldn't be as good as the first film (because of the shitty villain casting), but I figured that gadot as WW along with a decent script could make up for the terrible villain casting, kind of like how most MCU films work. Now, it really could go either way. If she ever looks like that in the film, the movie will be screwed (even snyder used versions of the real superhero costumes, so I really hope that Jenkins doesn't manage to be worse then Snyder about something).

Its a shitty poster, and the costume is shit. There is no reason for her to wear the Asgardian rip off armor, but she must if its in the poster, right? So, its a bad sign.
Also, I didn't need a poster to already be worried about the second worst casting choice for a villain in the entire DCEU (after Eisenberg in BvS, obviously) dragging WW2 down.
What we see looks like part of her golden eagle armor. The pictures I've seen in the comics has a bird helmet and wings and a skirt but the piece we see looks right for that part of it even the epaulettes (if that's the right term...). I grew up reading Marvel so I'm at a disadvantage when it comes to DC stuff but it looks like it’s not completely unprecedented.
DC is really taking those complaints about a lack of color personally.

I took a closer look at it and what appears as fishnets first is actually leg armor. So she is wearing full body armor this time.
She might need it?
Hmm, maybe to shield against the Cheetah's razor sharp claws and fangs?
