Looks to be the final. The last main number sequence was 7271 but they've jumped it to 7600, which similar to the leap that XP made to 2600.

hope they've fixed the diaster that's the windows easy transfer. It's no fucking use when you can't transfer a users's settings from one computer to another becasue the application crashes whether you try and use it via network external storage device.

Nope, Microsoft says they're still not at RTM with Windows 7 yet. Almost, but not quite.
