I can honestly say that I pay very little, if any, attention to the shoes girls are wearing. Unless they're really ridiculous hooker boots or have, like, 18 inch heals.
Eyes, lips, hair, shoes, legs, waist, chest.
That's the correct & proper order to check them out.
