Who shot Nice Guy Eddie? ("Reservoir Dogs")

I finally got around to watching Reservoir Dogs. I thought it was decent, although Tarantino is way overrated. But one question that someone brought up that I'm now wondering about too is who shot Nice Guy Eddie? No one seemed to be pointing a gun at him at the time. What happened? Did Mr. Orange have a 2nd gun that we didn't see? Did Mr. White get a 2nd shot off? Did Mr. Pink shoot him? That seems unlikely given his character. Is Mr. Blue not really dead? I'm sure this has been discussed to death somewhere else but I wanted to get your takes on it. What happened?

The Wikipedia entry says that Mr. White shot Eddie.

Mr. White is supposed to have shot him, but the actual answer is that it's a production mistake. And who knows about the fate of Mr. Blue, although with Eddie Bunker's death, it's not as if he'll be reappearing on screen any time soon.

Hm. That wouldn't have been my first guess. I probably would have erred on the side of Mr. Orange. You do it that way, it makes a perfect circle. Each of the 4 of them shoots & gets shot.
