NONE of the rest of those captains ever locked themselves in their quarters in self-indulgent depression for the better part of a year, while their crew suffered hideous setback after setback. I don't care if it "never happened now" because Chakotay undid the "Year of Hell" with temporal monkey business. She's still the sort of person who would do that, even if she "hasn't" now.
