At the risk of being obvious, it's not really about who "deserves" an autobiography. It's about whose autobiography would have the most commercial appeal. Which means we're probably talking a big-name, high-profile character.
Aside from the various captains, you can make a case for Worf since he checks a lot of boxes: TNG, DS9, the popularity of Klingons in general. Plus, it doesn't hurt that he has a rather rich and elaborate backstory and the inherent drama of being one of the first Klingons in Starfleet.
