Ever wish there was more to the story? Ever wish it was in comic book format? Well, if you do... Which Star Trek movies or episodes would you like see explored in graphic novel form?

Please tell us which films or episodes you would like to see and why.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

~LS.

Re: Which Trek films or eps needs to be explored in Graphic Novel form

1.) Arena (TOS) - I would love to see the Gorn civilization, at least in the TOS period, explored.
2.) The Adversary (DS9) - I would love to see what the Tzenkethi look like. I would also like to know how they reacted to the Founders' attempt to start a war between them and the Federation.
3.) Relativity (VOY) - A visit to the 29th century Starfleet would be nice.
4.) Conspiracy (TNG) - It would great to see how the rest of the Federation responded to the alien attempt to seize control of Starfleet Command on Earth. Also, how deep was the infiltration? The episode hints that there's the possibility that it wasn't confined to Earth, but spread throughout Sector 001. That would mean the aliens had operatives, or maybe footholds, on the other Federation Core Worlds (Vulcan, Andoria, and Tellar).
5.) It's not really an episode/film, but I would LOVE to see the ENT relaunch books made into graphic novels.

Ooooh.... those all would be great graphic novels.
If the artwork and stories were properly executed, I would definitely buy them.

Re: Which Trek films or eps needs to be explored in Graphic Novel form

I want to see a graphic novel adaptation of all the New Frontier Novels that have come out. I really liked the New Frontier comics they had and would really enjoy a hard bound collection of comic format of the books.

I also would have loved to have seen a graphic novel of Deep Space Nine's final episode. It would have been cool to see a director's cut of a huge ground battle with Jem'Hadar and other Dominion members.

Also, a graphic novel continuation to each of the major series by some of the top major artists and writers would be a really cool thing to see, too. Granted, I know there are books already. But I think another approach would be really cool to see, as well.

I also would like to see the Temporal Cold War explained in a graphic novel as well. Who was the Future Guy and why was the Suliban chosen to be his soldiers, ECT.

Ex Machina & the Titan series would be great as graphic novels. It would be nice to see the diversity of the crews.

Re: Which Trek films or eps needs to be explored in Graphic Novel form

^ I haven't read any of the Titan novels, but isn't the ship supposed to be the most diverse crew in Starfleet history? With Humans only making up something like 15% of the crew?

That would be worth seeing!

The Omega Glory

There is just a ton to flesh out from the episode. From the virus to the similarities to Earth to the battles that Ron Tracey fought with the Yangs.

"We killed thousands... and they still came!"

"Graphic novel? Back in muh day, we's called 'em comics..."

I've always wanted a comic book series based on the Enterprise-B (Star Trek: The Lost Generation perhaps?). I just have this feeling that after his disastrous maiden voyage, Captain Harriman learned from his mistakes and became a total bad-ass afterward...

ST Eleven
I know there already been one, but find a different writer and artist with a separate take on the Star Trek Eleven pre-story, Nero, the Kelvin voyages (with Robau and the Kirk's) and continue on to the movie itself. Plug up some of the larger holes in the plot.

The Emissary
The first DS9 episode, cover the time period between the death of Sisko's wife through Sisko's interview with Picard in the observation lounge.

This Side of Paradise
Earlier romance between Spock and Leila Kalomi.

I'd rather see this as a novel but I'll take a graphic novel too..

The story of the alternate timeline NX-01 from ENT's E2. I really want to know this story. The more Lorian the better. It's quite apocalyptic which makes for good drama too.
