I'd build a program which just had the user in a bottom of an unclimbable pit (ala Dark Knight Rises) with tens of thousands of spiders, and have it raining spiders. The door would be at the top of the pit, and you'd only be able to exit once the spiders have got deep enough that you can swim through them to the exit.
