Dixon Hill, Captain Proton, Sherlock Holmes, and James Bond would all be tons of fun for me. And the TOS era Star Trek, too.

I'd use the holodeck to watch baseball games that never happened IRL, such as the 1994 World Series.

I'd like to watch sports events. I would never have been able to get a ticket for them. Not to mention the troubles of travelling around the world. Why not watching them - interactively - on the holodeck.

I'm not interested in Baseball, but I like the episode Take me out to the Holosuit....

The TOS era recreation of the Enterprise bridge was great. Let's have a drink on the bridge with Captain Kirk (the green stuff Scotty had :D). Or annoy the hell out of Spock....

Y'know, I don't think I'd tie myself down to just one set scenario. Literally anything is possible in a holodeck, so why limit your imagination? I think I'd go with a mad mishmash of things so that I'd never get bored. Imagine ripping pages out of hundreds of adventure, sci-fi, and historical books and then having them all pasted together by Lewis Carrol.

Like Mick Jagger meats Leonardo da Vinci. Data as Sherlock Holmes meats the holo version of Harry Kim as first man on the moon etc. Sounds funny.
The mishmash is most likely to happen anytime. Holodeck malfunctions can make it real.....

I guess Kobayashi Maru is still important for the cadets in the Fleet. I think they have adapted the program a bit over the years....

Fun fact: Cirroc Lofton is the nephew of a baseball player (Kenny Lofton).

And Max Grodenchik is really good at the game (unlike in the episode, where Rom's the worst on the team). In fact Max almost went pro.

So they had to pretend to be bad players.....:D . Did Ezri have a stand-in?
I like the team spirit shown in that episode.

Not only that but Kenny Lofton also played basketball for Arizona. He was on some of those Sean Elliott,Steve Kerr era teams. Also does anyone recall that show about a basketball team that Cirroc Lofton was on?

Kenny Lofton is apparently producing Christmas movies for the Hallmark Channel now.

Trekbbs: The place to come to for all your breaking Kenny Lofton news.

In other Kenny Lofton news. Did you know in college he wasn't just a teammate to Steve Kerr(coach of NBA champions Golden State Warriors) on the basketball team but also a roommate. Also the number he wore on the team was 11.

Who here wouldn't use the holodeck to make Superman fight the Hulk and see who wins?
