Which actors would you have liked to see in Star Trek

Chris Pratt. The man is great in Guardians of the Galaxy and in Jurassic World. Regardless of what he is saying, he says it with a conviction that I find believable.

More nostalgia: Patrick Macnee would've been great as a suave Federation diplomat or alien dignitary.

And imagine Diana Rigg on STAR TREK!

John Ritter circa 1981 starring as a young, Jack Tripperish-clumsy fresh out of the Academy Captain of the Enterprise B would have been really fun and fresh.

Lynda Carter as the ships half- Vulcan doctor has all kinds of possibilities.

Bernie Koppel as the ships doctor would be such a blast, though he was pretty committed to "Love Boat" at that time and might have resented the stereotype. But, that "kind" of doctor on a starship would be lively.

The early 80's were a missed opportunity for Trek on TV and my vision would have been way more popular than if "Phase II" ever made it to air. Maybe not so much in reruns by 2015, but believe me, in1981 it would have been totally huge.

But we got TNG & VOY so it all worked out great!

I would have liked to have seen Bruce Dern in a TOS episode - or even later on in one of the latter-day Treks. Fess Parker could have made an interesting guest-star for TOS.

I think it would have really cool if they'd been able to get Roger C. Carmel on TNG to reprise Mudd.

Christopher Walken would have made a really spiffy cardassian in DSN.

I would've liked to have seen Shirley Manson as a Vulcan, or Romulan, perhaps. She would've made a great Donatra - without that ridiculous rubber forehead, especially ...

^Could be. I chose to go with Lampshade Hanging because it was just so glaringly obvious as to call attention to itself.

Just to throw it out there, Lucille Ball.

She could have been one of the Admirals on the board in the episode Court Martial. Smooth down her hair, or perhaps a dark wig?

Honor Blackman as a female starship Captain or Starfleet Commodire.

Barbara Bain as a colleague of McCoy's.

On a lighter note.

Others:
Steven Boyd
Donald Pleasance
Caroll O'Connor
Eric Braeden
Lloyd Bochner
Greg Morris
Lee Marvin
Lorne Greene

Careful. She might have revealed that all Federation replicators actually produce Vitameatavegamin.

Captain Blackman really needs to work on her posture, you're an example for the crew honey.
