I did an identical thread recently, and I'll repeat some of my choices:
Philip Ahn (from the "Kung Fu" TV series) had great stature, a wonderful voice, and a quiet, dignified leadership presence that would've been PERFECT for a Vulcan high priest or Federation diplomat.
Keye Luke (also from Kung Fu) was already Gov. Cory in Whom Gods Destroy, but I would've liked to have seen him in a larger role. In fact, he would've been great as Admiral Nogura in TMP.
Robert Vaughn would've made a great Commodore or Starship captain, but ideally, a good guy, not necessarily a dumb commodore of the week.
-------
For current Star Trek movies or future incarnations, I'd love to see Delroy Lindo involved in Star Trek. He's one of the most underrated and underused actors in Hollywood today. He's versatile, and I think he'd make a great actor to have. Hell, maybe make him the next captain on a TV show.
