Where on the USS Discovery is Pike’s Ready Room?

I don’t know why all ships now seem to have them. 23rd century ships aren’t supposed to have ready rooms.

Only the Constitution, Miranda, and Excelsior ships had no ready room. Truthfully, it's kind of silly that they don't. It was one of the more sensible additions TNG added, so much that even ENT gave Archer his, and presumably more ships featured them with few exceptions.

They wanted to keep the captain on the bridge I assume, with their quarters acting as one when needed.

And it's more convenient when you want to have a private chat next to the bridge, as opposed to walking all the way to the Captain's quarters as we saw in examples like TMP.

Didn't Pike make a remark about how his ship doesn't have a ready room?

No but there is a remark in the first Discovery novel about it.

I just assumed it was his quarters. He turned a part of it into a makeshift ready room.

For certain it's not the room Lorca used that was just off of the bridge. We've seen that room. The new room has to be on another deck. Likely one below the main bridge in the image that was posted earlier in this thread. It's far to large to be the original room.

Or it's Discovery's conference room.

The new room seems to be a combination of ready room and conference room, what with that long wooden table.

We've seen them make a doorway and corridor out of the cubby hole to the starboard side of the rear turbolift. They could have combined two areas, the old ready room plus whatever might have been forward of it.

Until they show a clear shot of whatever is outside the door, or the characters entering or exiting, we won't be sure.
