When is the last time you have skipped or frolicked?

I REALLY struggled to learn how to skip, and I still can't do it well. .

I actually *used* to know how to skip. And then---
I think I was in first or second grade...somehow--I was travelling down the hall and could put both feet in front of me and still move quickly. Too fast as it turns out.

Some kids looked at me with bug eyes as if I were Spring-heeled Jack...until an arm of a teacher came out from a classroom door and nearly jerked my arm out of its socket.

That dressing down knocked all the skip right out of me.
