When did the Janeway hatred truly start to coalesce?

I'd buy a mug with that on it. Hell, I'd put that graphic on a T-shirt.

If Gibbs is the standard, it's ten down and eighty-three more to go.

Perhaps something to do over your hot cocoa at Christmas? :guffaw::guffaw::guffaw::guffaw:

Sounds like I've got work to do, then.
11. The only thing you have to fear is fear itself... unless you can make fear afraid of you.
12. Thirty-eight torpedoes is whatever you say it is.
13. What happens on the holodeck stays on the holodeck.
14. Believe in second chances...
15. But take precautions, not everyone deserves them.

Hmmm, 78 to go, or rather 77 (I'm keeping the "poor Harry" one :nyah:).

She killed Tuvix.

There's no coming back from that.

Yeah but Janeway saved Tuvok and Neelix.

I honestly don't get the hate for this decision. Tuvix only existed because two guys technically died and he wanted those two guys to stay dead. Tuvix gave zero fucks about how people he professed to care about felt about the situation. Tuvok and Neelix had as much right to continue their lives and Janeway was right to choose to save both of them.

I don't quite share your animosity towards Mr. Kim (it's been 26 years -- he's been punished enough).

N.B.: NCIS is entering its nineteenth season. That's a LONG time to generate rules.

One more month and Tuvix would have been Captain, because of a flea bite in Resolutions.

Kathryn's authority was very finite.

Too much evil for one universe to contain?

Whatever I might say, I have no animosity toward any Voyager character. I simply have opinions on how they were used.
* I like Janeway very much, even if I think that IN A FEW WAYS, Chakotay was a better captain than she was.
* I like Chakotay, but I think his character stagnated a bit.
* I like Tuvok, even though I think Janeway made a questionable choice in splitting Tuvix.
* I like Seven, but I hated her outfit.
* I like B'Elanna, though I think she shouldn't have been made chief engineer right away.
* I like Tom, though he should have been Lacarno, because continuity is awesome.
* I like the EMH, though I think he should have had a name.
* I like Neelix. Really. Goofy enthusiasm and all.
* I like Kes. And the recurring characters like Q and Naomi.
* And yes, I like Harry. I just think his seven years as an ensign was incredibly stupid, and find it appalling that professional writers thought it made sense.

Kinky Kira and Insaneway... talk about your match made in hell (or Gre'thor if you're a Klingon).

It's a bad episode, there had to have been another angle to conceive that tale without Janeway appearing heartless. Tuvix should've been all in on making things right and the crew is conflicted but instead we have a meaningless monologue of this stranger TUVIX who I don't care about, who's crying and screaming and pleading for his less than 50 minutes of existence??? F*ck him, I want Tuvok back! The episode never drew my attention to care.

imagine Janeway telling Tuvix, "You're an accident. You're not supposed to be alive."

Is this an allegory on abortion? Two people accidentally brought a third person into existence.

Only if the parents both perished while creating the child. Usually, Baby makes three. Tuvix made one.

Perspectives on "Tuvix" are wide-ranging, to be sure. Some say that Janeway was a murderer and should be imprisoned, court martialed, thrown out the airlock, publicly caned, or demoted to toilet scrubber. Others insist that she made the right call.
