I will say this-the relationships in SNW do flow very organically. They work in terms of being believable, yet still very dynamic. I just am off the romantic side of Star Trek. That ship has long since sailed.

I got it into my head one time, what if DSC characters - not just the actors, I mean the actual characters - did Rocky Horror?

Saru - the Criminologist
(oh, come on, like you don't imagine Saru saying "It's just a jump to the left..."
Culber - Brad
Stamets - Janet
(just because "Stamets" rhymes with "Janet"

Lorca - Riff Raff

Maybe outside these forums. I'm not sure. But it seems like many people posting on this SNW forum really like it.
Well I don't think that is too unpopular. It's one part of the show I think a majority of fans will agree on is pretty perfect. The best out of all...maybe not but it's definitely up there.....
I thought their romance was fine, such as it was.
But it seems clear that they're moving onto a new, non-romantic stage of their relationship. In other words, Spock was dumped. And Roger Korby is looming large even though the characters are unware of it.
I guess that's all the more reason for Spock to focus on his emotional control in SNW's season 3.

I'd probably put the visuals as the best, just beating out Voyager. The music's good, maybe the best of the newer series, but definitely not on the level of the three 24th century series imo.

Turns out it was the very best reason to do one more Trek series.

Who would've guessed that Spock shipping is the beating heart of the franchise.
Nimoy always expressed surprise at the fan mail he'd get saying how attractive Spock was.
