What's Left to watch?

startrekwatcher - would you mind listing some of your favorite shows just so I can get an idea of the kinds of stuff you like the best? You listed what you don't like, but I'm just curious to see what you do enjoy. Thanks.
This may not be all encompassing but For SFF I like-TOS, TNG S3-6 but S1/2 weren't as bad as many say they are, DS9 S2/middle of 5th thru Occupation arc of S6/S7, ENT S3/4, VOYS1, S4/6, The X-Files S1-6, Twilight Zone, The Adventures of Lois & Clark, Friday the 13th The Series, V miniseries, Tales from the Dark Side, S1 Heroes, LOST S1/3-5, nBSG S1/2, Supernatural S1/2/4, The Incredible Hulk, The Flash, The Vampire Diaries, Fringe second half of S1 and bits and pieces of S2, Tru Calling, Point Pleasant had potential, CW's Reaper with Brett Harrison, the early years of Michael Piller's The Dead Zone, Chuck S1-3, Jericho S1/2, The Legend of the Seeker S1/2, Spike's one season series of Blade, Journeyman.

In non sff genres I like--Roseanne(jumped the shark with Disney World War II and the final season was really bad), The Golden Girls, Three's Company, Veronica Mars, Frasier, Empty Nest, Melrose Place the original S2-5, 90210 the original, DALLAS except for the last few seasons, Hill Street Blues, Hunter all but the last season, Murder She Wrote, 80s/90s Days of Our Lives(Marlena's possession, Vivian burying Carly alive, the Susan/Kristen saga, the Hope/Gina storyline, the Kate/Vivian/Laura saga etc), The Equalizer, The Profiler, The Pretender, Nowhere Man, Gossip Girl, Judging Amy except the last season or so, Prison Break S1/4, S1 of Desperate Housewives, Boston Legal, The Practice, Burn Notice enjoyed the first few seasons but it got repetitive after a while, WB's short-lived Jack & Bobby wonderful little series with Christine Lahti and Bradley Cooper, Hart to Hart with Stephanie Powers and Robert Wagner, Facts of Life for the nostalgia, LIFE from a few back on NBC only lasted 2 seasons.

SFF shows I have sampled and didn't like--Invasion, Surface, V 2.0, Life on Mars, The Event, Caprica, post S1 Heroes, Dr Who, Torchwood, True Blood, Haven, US Being Human, Sanctuary, SG1, SGA, Hercules, Xena, Mutant X, Cleopatra 2525, Buffy, Angel, Andromeda, Flash Forward, Persons Unknown, The Gates, Special Unit 2, the Prisoner remake that was on AMC, New Amsterdam, Smallville, Bionic Woman remake, Dollhouse, SyFy's Flash Gordon

non SFF shows I sampled and didn't like: Law and Order, The Closer, Memphis Beat, Rizzli and Isles, NCIS, Harry's Law, Saving Grace was alright then got bad, The Mentalist enjoyed it intially then it got stale, CSI, Criminal Minds, Hawaii 5-0 remake, the ABC summer series Traveler, Harper's Island mini series from '09, AMC's Rubicon, AMC's Mad Men, The Borgias yawn, STARZ' middling CAMELOT

Just to clarify, was it the US Life On Mars or the UK Original it was based on that you saw and didn't like?

Thanks for being so thorough.

The US version.

Well, *there's* your problem...

But, looking at your likes and dislikes, I'd say there's a better chance you'd find Psych or Murdoch Mysteries (which IMO becomes borderline SFF in some episodes by virtue of deliberate anachronisms, when they "invent" modern stuff) and most likely Warehouse 13 more to your tastes.

Warehouse 13 and Psych are too fluffy--I tried both and quickly lost interest.
