"Trials and Tribble-ations" was a clever tribute to a classic TOS episode, not a self-congratulatory "valentine" to Berman and Braga and their years with TNG."These Are The Voyages" is an episode of both ENT and NG. As I think that "Trials & Tribble-ations" is an episode of both DS9 and TOS too.![]()

Bingo! And it didn't in any way interfere with and change (pervert) the story of the original episode like TATV did."Trials and Tribble-ations" was a clever tribute to a classic TOS episode, not a self-congratulatory "valentine" to Berman and Braga and their years with TNG."These Are The Voyages" is an episode of both ENT and NG. Noticing any patterns, y'all?I'll start of by saying I'm not really an ENT fan. And as such, I really liked "These are the Voyages."
You know, I never liked the idea that it was integrated with Pegasus. Riker and Troi are just visibly so much older. It would have been nice to have an hour and a half long episode with the Titan and some other issue that could have been introduced.
But then, I have always wanted a Titan series anyway.

Yeah. That some ENT fans just can't get over the "franchise valentine" concept and won't stop ever stop moaning about it, even though it has no inherent bearing on the actual artistic quality of the episode.Noticing any patterns, y'all?I'll start of by saying I'm not really an ENT fan.
