What was the first STAR TREK episode you ever saw?

I think the first full episode I saw was TNG's "Genesis"
It was when Sky 1 was showing Season 7 on Sunday nights, and I always used to watch the Highlander TV show which was on after it and, my older brother watched TNG too.
That night I had nothing better to do so I watched the Trek as well. I was about 9 at the time IIRC, and thought it was a really interesting episode, with the crew turning into monsters and stuff! :)

The Barclay-Spider thing scared me to death!

I don't know what the first episode was that I saw but the first episode I can remember seeing was Mudd's Women. Followed by The Tholian Web. That upset me so much I couldn't watch the end. Got up to the bit where Uhura sees Jim in her mirror and that was the end of it for me. With Mudd's Women, I remembered seeing it before and realising that it was a repeat - something that I don't think I'd ever realised before.

Encounter at Farpoint.
I was 5 when it was on. I remember watching it on my Nans black & white TV.

I can't recall quite rightly. I know it was TOS, because I ecame a fan before TNG came out. My earliest memories of Trek are of the OK Corral scene, the episode "A Piece of the Action" and the little guy from "The Corbomite Manuever". My dad used to let me stay up late to watch Star Trek with him after he got home from work.

I thought Trek was fascinating from the first time I saw it. Still watching it over 2 decades later.

i think it was "cats paw " for me . cbs used to run them every sat night after 12 . i would stay up late and be tiered the next day but it was worth it
