What VGR episodes you recommend before PICARD?

That doesn’t necessarily follow since a recommendation implies greater responsibility: you’re asking someone to watch at least a couple of episodes, with full awareness that they may dislike them intensely and wonder what you were thinking.

No, a recommendation usually means nothing more than "I liked this and I think you might too."

But how can you recommend watching seven seasons of a middling series? Does PIC want to be associated with VGR to such an extent anyway?

Because if they happen to be or become interested in Voyager, then the best way to know about the series is to watch all of it.

If they are not interested or don't care at all about Voyager, then they don't have to watch it at all because if Seven will play an important role in "Picard", then she will get an informative presentation anyway.

Personally I think that everyone who want to watch "Picard" will be at least soewhat familiar with the characters from the other 24th century series.

But if I must pick just a certain episode, then it will be "Scorpion" )#1 and #2.
