I'm sure I'm not the only one who was waiting to see how long it took to get this answer. Of course, Dukat ran Terok Nor before Sisko showed up, so I prefer to see Obama as Sisko and Bush as Dukat!

Well, Obama as Sisko can work, but Bush as Dukat - nope... (Dukat would feel insulted. And rightfully so.)

Bush is more like Michael Scott.

As for The President of The United States: Spock is too emotionless, as is Picard, I think he's closest to Sisko.
