What Season Long Story Arc Would You Have Liked To Have Seen?

Voyager couldn't afford to have enemies like them, VOY against an Empire can't end well unless said Empire is a bunch of incompetent backwards-teched losers.

I thought it would have been interesting to have as a series long arc a continuing question about the true relationship between the command team, since there was, almost from the first time they met, an undeniable chemistry between the captain and first officer. There could be ambiguous hints, curious coincidences, questions by lower deck personnel, etc. Why not exploit something like that as an on-going arc? I, for one, would have enjoyed the speculation (even if it remained unresolved until the end).

Yeah, it's really a delight when Janeway and Chakotay have their little moments together. They really should have done more with that.

However, as Chakotay said in Shattered...

"Let's just say there are some barriers we never cross".


Oh, but I like the whole Good Shepherd (Lower Decks) perspective on the bridge crew's life thing. Now that would have been really cool to see.
