I... actually would DO like to have a crossover episode with another Trek series.
It's the one thing that we never got on the modern streaming era of Trek (Everything Lower Decks excluded).
Preferably with Riker/some of the TNG/PIC season 3 crew.
Also played by James Callis for an extra layer of meta fun.
I'd like a SNW and ENT crossover, preferably with Jolene and Connor. I really want the remaining cast of TOS to appear. I hear that they're really trying to get Shatner. I doubt that Shatner and Takei would appear together but what an episode it would be!
Another time travel episode would be good. I'd prefer them to go to a time other than our own. The 60s would be fun or much earlier.

A few episodes where a special class of starship, the Dream Chaser, races through the known Universe, eviscerating mental blocks placed on the inhabitants of planets under the control of The Darkness that does not allow freedom of artful or written works. Each person that who is saved from the Darkness is placed into the transporter pattern buffer where the code in the victim's brain that keeps them from expressing their dreams, dreams of space time, is removed.
Pity BBT is not being made could you imagine a cross over episode where Pike's Enterprise accidentally beams up the cast of Big Bang Theory via a spacial anomally and they have to put up with Sheldon

When I see “special episodes”, I hear that once-ubiquitous relic of 80s sitcom TV, the “serious” “very special episode”.
So I guess if we’re gonna do those, we could have…
* La’an is bullied by other crewmembers for being of Augment descent, and even her best friends don’t really get why she’s so upset! But by the end, the Enterprise crew learns a valuable lesson in tolerance.
* Spock accidentally discovers that Pike keeps secretly putting more credits than he has into hair products, and he just can’t stop! The episode ends with Pike finally picking up the communicator and admitting to M’Benga that he has a haircare problem.
* Little does anyone know that Pelia doesn’t actually have a Lanthanite accent; she just talks that way. Here we learn the secret trauma which has shaped her since the 28th century BCE. (To be fair, this one could be an actual serious story.)
* Similarly, in this very special episode we learn why it is that Erica always has to be with the wisecracks…
* Una… no, forget it, she already got hers. (M’Benga too!)
And so forth.
