I pray that things like plays will be possible this summer. The mayor of Los Angeles (where I live) said he expects hundreds of thousands of deaths just in the city, and we are all going to lose friends and family.

My mental health has been very fragile recently and now it's basically shattered again.

Jesus that's bleak. Honestly, I think that's being overly bleak. Obviously I'm not a doctor, but that seems to me that the mayor made a reckless statement. I believe that with the social distancing that's going on, as well as the shutdowns/lockdowns, the number of deaths will be far less than if we weren't doing anything and nowhere near that number in Los Angeles. Maybe I'm being overly optimistic, but I can't help it.

Well, yeah. I class Maker's Mark as good bourbon, it is thirty quid a bottle and is bloody delicious. There's plenty of others that I really like too that they stock but that's the first one that comes to mind.

Damn. Here in New York supermarkets aren't allowed to carry spirits at all. They can't even carry proper wine, just "wine product." America sucks sometimes.

At least the beer selection is adequate these days, which wasn't true a few years back.
