What games are you playing currently?

^ And along similar lines, I noticed Netflix has mobile games. But not like they'd really want you to know about it, because I hadn't heard anything about it other than vague references about them wanting to do it and happened to stumble upon it by mistake while using their mobile app. It's a deep dive too, as you have to go to your home screen and scroll fairly far down before you get to them. They really should make it its own tab for better prominence if they expect any success with their games, but that's kind of par for the course with Netflix.

Which version of Netflix? Games oooh (gets excited)

I really liked Bloodshore. After playing The Complex I wanted more FMV these kind of games are fun and low on resources so they run on almost anything.

I'm going to try for the other endings on Bloodshore.

Oh boy that sounds neat now off I go to get my tablet.... I have Netflix on there but hardly use it and it's got a lovely 10 inch ips screen.

CURSE YOU @Owain Taggart LOL..........

I'm now addicted to playing Ashphalt ....... Great thing is my tablet works with a wireless controller too so now I can't get enough of that.

I haven't tried any of them yet. Strangely, Asphalt is one of the games that is not listed as being available on their site. So, the gameplay's good then?

It is listed on Australian Netflix on the app. I wouldn't call it great but it's fun for what it is. Tablet screen is 1920x1200 so just a little more then HD and it runs quite well with no lag or slowdown.

I'm actually looking for something more skyrim like on android like a first person game that can be played in that style or something like a GTA or watch dogs first person kind of game.

Oh, there was an Elder Scrolls made for mobile devices not too long ago. I think it's called Elder Scrolls: Blades? I don't think it was very well received though.

I finished Gunk earlier today. Now I'm playing Bayonetta again... I should be done with it quite soon. I'm still deciding what to play after that.

Tell me Why is good but boy does it make my GPU fans go nuts.... I haven't even set it on anything demanding, funny how different games with the same graphic settings do different things to your hardware.

BTW scifi lovers there is a game of the novel "I have no mouth and must scream" on GOG as a giveaway

Stellaris. 4x game and probably the best.

Playing really fucked up game as a human civ with xenophobe/militaristic ethics with a starship trooper style "democracy:.

Just caught a alien race trading humans as slaves. So I invaded but instead of sending the xeno scum to my death camps like the other aliens I genetically modified the species to bhave crippling disabilities . I also made them rapid breeders.

Of course the goody goody races took exception to that and i have been piled on by a number of federations.
Well I just expelled my genetically modified monstrosities as refugees that are now flooding these federations hahaha I give it a century before their economy's are crippled.

I have just started with the game for the first time, It really is a big game isn't It?

I treated myself to Untitled Goose Game since it was on sale. I was just getting into it and the game ended! It's astonishingly short. It's be nice if there were DLC at some point expanding the village.

Oh, that's good to know. I've had my eye on that one for awhile now, but had no idea it was so short.

I've completed it twice in four hours of play time. If you're paying a sale price on Steam it's worth a look, but I'd be annoyed if I'd dropped full price for it on Switch.

Yeah, I noticed it was on sale, but I wasn't willing to drop money on it just yet, and I'm glad to hear it was short before I spent my money on it, even at that price. I'd noticed that it'd stayed fairly expensive for a long time given the length. And then there's the fact it was an EGS exclusive for awhile too.

Prince of Persia (2008). I've had the disk for ages, but it ran really choppy on previous notebook computers I owned. Now I can finally play it!

People keep talking about this one.
How demanding is it for hardware?

I'm using a laptop at the moment because I dumped my big desktop machine and I've sidelined my NUC which has weird video issues.
