^ That's why I usually use the "Mute all" option.
Mass Effect and Age of Empires III as me and a buddy play it all the time doing comp-stomps.
Going through Halo 3 on Legendary to get the achievement for that. Also just got the After Party update from Motorstorm Apocalypse, so I'll be back on that over the weekend.
Also, my mate has convinced me to pick up Operation Flashpoint: Red River tomorrow so we can do the co-op, so it looks like my weekend is spoken for.
I haven't played it in multiplayer at all yet. I tried to check it out a few days ago, but it wouldn't connect for some reason. It got to the part about some sort of sync operation and then it just kinda stayed there.
^ If you've never synced before, it might take a while (up to 15 minutes).
Oh! I didn't know that. Thanks.
^ No worries. Basically when you first sync, a bunch of multiplayer stuff is transferred to your PS3. Which is why it can take a little while.
And now that that's taken care of, I have officially Plat'd (or whatever the terminology is ) Uncharted 2 after playing a deathmatch game and a co-op objective game. I got my ass kicked in Deathmatch, but the co-op game was super fun.
^ Yeah co-op can be a lot of fun when playing with the right people. Me and Aragorn use to play together all the time. He still plays quite often. I haven't played U2 in a very long time.
I did spend way too much time playing competitive multiplayer.
I finished up Saint's Row 2, and I am now eagerly anticipating the third game. Do we know if you'll get the opportunity to port over SR2 characters into SR3. I really like the girl I built over the game, and I'd love to be able to continue using her in 3.
Right now I'm plying Crackdown, Fallout: New Vegas and occasionally Fallout 3. Having a blast at Crackdown.
Finished the leaked Deus Ex: Human Revolution beta. It encompasses about a quarter of the full game so it's more like an extended demo. Extremely good if you liked the first deus ex. Strangely has elements of metal gear and final fantasy in the design and presentation. My only problem is that the character progression seems to have been dumbed down a bit, most likely for console users. Can't wait to get this when it comes out.
I'm making my way through the Halo series again. I beat Halo on Wednesday and am about a quarter of the way through Halo 2.
Just played through and finally beat Ninja Gaiden for NES
And down goes Ninja Gaiden 2!
Boy playing Super Meat Boy really helped with the platforming skills.
Yes yes, I know you're all jealous of my Friday night this week
Through Steam i guess?!?
I also gave Forsaken World and Global Agenda a whirl...
Not too bad...
Finished my second playthrough of Dragon Age 2. Still sort of a hate/love relationship with that game. Going to give the DLC a shot next.
Also, more KOTOR II
I was getting tired of Infamous 2 and Uncharted 2, so I decided to throw the first Assassin's Creed into the mix. Even thought II and Brotherhood are 2 of my favorite games, but I've never actually played I all the way through. I started it, but then I ended up quitting it and jumped into II once I got it.
Now that 4.2 is out I've resubbed to WoW. The Firelands stuff sounds kinda cool.
