What games are you playing currently?

Started Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection on my xbox one. Since its remastered, my achievements from playing on my xbox 360 did not transfer, so three new achievements unlocked! "AC II The Birth of an Assassin" (be reborn as Ezio Auditore da Firenza), "AC II Arrivederci Abstergo" (break out of Abstergo), and "AC II Welcome to the Animus 2.0" (enter the Animus 2.0). Three down, 149 to go across three games.
I'd been wanting to go back and play Assassin's Creed Rogue, but man, when you get used to the newer controls of Origins, Odyssey and Valhalla, those controls just feel antiquated! Those were fun games back in the day.

I decided on which of the two games I was debating over getting. I found the PS4 disc version of Squadrons on Amazon even cheaper than the digital version this morning, so I decided to get it.

I find the gloo gun a bit of a joke for that, but it is a very handy thing to create paths, for instance steps to get to higher places. If you don't have steps use the gloo gun. It's fun and handy.

Oh, so I'm not alone in finding not quite as effective. I was beginning to think that maybe I was doing something wrong. But I hadn't even thought of using it to reach higher places. That's pretty nifty! I found a shotgun and found it way more effective against those Phamtoms, but I ran out of ammo. I'm hoping that you eventually find plans that allow you to make ammo. That'd be really handy.

Edit: Just had my first "holy shit" moment. The fact that you can go outside via a suit? I'm impressed at how realistic it feels. I don't know of any other game that's really done that to that extent.

I've also got the remastered versions of AC III and Rogue, but haven't gone back to 'em yet. Haven't played Odyssey yet, but have finished most of Origins. Not really enjoying Valhalla, though.

Same here. The story in Valhalla just isn’t that interesting. However, the present day stuff is though.

I haven't gotten to the present day stuff yet. Still in the part of the game of go here, talk to that guy, long cut scene of dialogue, now go there and talk to that guy, long cut scene of dialogue.

I just finished Spider Man: Miles Morales and Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity -- which I'm now going to play through Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild again!

Other than that, the next game on my slate is Cyberpunk.

I’ve got Cyberpunk pre ordered for my Series X. It’ll be my first game for that console. I’ll get to finally try it out

Ok, got a Prey question. The navigation can be quite confusing in this game given the multiple ways you can find a location can be both a blessing and a curse. I'm at the point in the game where it wants you to go to the Psychiotronic Morgue, and I also have a sidequest there. The problem is I don't know how to get there. From the lobby, the entrance is blocked off, and I don't know how else I can access it. I guess the question is from which department can I access it that isn't the lobby?

Tried Tom Clancy's The Division on my xbox one. Played for an hour, one achievement unlocked, but kept dying through the three side missions at the very start.

Played a bit more of Gears of War - Ultimate Edition, got through a few more checkpoints, but kept getting killed by bat things coming out of freaking nowhere.

I've played a lot of Satisfactory recently, cause a friend got me into it.
Then I discovered Aquanox on Steam, which I was excited about back then, but didn't have a PC that could handle it, so I finally played it 20 years later!
Today, I got Ultimate Doom, Quake, Duke Nukem 3D 20th Anniversary World Tour (never had the full versions of those classics before), and HL2E2, for $6.56 :luvlove:

Finally figured out how to get past the bat things! And unlocked three new achievements! "Lights, Action!" (used the spotlight as protection from the Kryll), "Taking Laverne for a Ride" (got the Junker at Chap's gas station), and "The Biggest E-Hole" (defended Stranded Settlement and headed to Lethia Imulsion Factory)!

So, that finished up Act II!

I just finished a Fallout 3 playthrough (with DLC) on PS3. I didn't finish all the sidequests, but with 42 hours of playtime and an increasingly glitchy experience (Bethesda games and the PS3 had a poor relationship), I was ready to move on.

Now I'm playing Kingdom hearts: Birth By Sleep on the KH 2.5 collection. I've played KH1 and beaten KH3 before, and I already know the basic plot stuff but its a fun action/rpg and I like the characters that came from this game, so I decided it would be a good follow up. I was going to play the PS3 era Star Trek game, but I got sent a broken copy through ebay, so its going to be a bit before I can get a working copy of that :(

I want to have another go at Horizon Zero Dawn on PC but the latest two patches have kind of ruined the fun. People keep saying that Guerilla Games have made a mess of this port, and on some level I agree.

Originally they had a system where the game complies a file of shaders for the game one time before you play the game, and this worked fine, the only time they did it again is if your graphics drivers changed then the game would do it one more time, but now they removed that and implemented it as a background process that launches if you sit on the main menu for more than a few seconds. Now it happens every time you launch the game and if you skip it the game does in in the background while you play anyway and that causes longer load times and stuttering. Kind of put me off playing again after the patches so sadly removed the game.

On the other hand Prey, a game I didn't like has now become one of my favourites.
