What games are you playing currently?

Got Lara stuck at a bad check point in Rise of the Tomb Raider, so I took that one out and put in Assassin's Creed II.

Unlocked two achievements for it, too! "Undertaker" (discover the Assassin's Tomb in side the catacombs under Santa Maria Novella) and "Choir Boy" (discover the Assassin's Tomb inside Santa Maria del Fiore - The Duomo). That second one made me dizzy, so taking a break from it for a bit.

Played an antique game of minesweeper. It's really hard to get to the end but you're so happy when you get there.

I was kind of burned out on Spider-Man and not really in the mood for The Witcher 3 yesterday, so I've started a replay of Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time. I really miss these kinds of platformers, they really don't seem to make many of them other than remasters of the old ones. The only ones I can come up with from the last few years are Yooka-Laylee and the Ratchet & Clank movie game/first game remake.

Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu. Working on training some more since the fifth badge (Koga's) is actually challenging! Also been playing Stardew Valley, Pokemon Go and Mutant Mudds collection.

Ha ha ha ha ha ha........ Now what movie did that come from?

Looks familiar but I can't get the title.

I had Jade Empire Special Edition in my GOG library and I was looking for games for my laptop so I installed that and it runs better then I had expected.

I did try running Saints Row 2 thinking that a game so old might run well but it was a little bit stuttery, but Jade Empire seems to run nicely with everything set on high and I've never played an adventure game like this one so I think I'm going to have fun.

pre-loading Crackdown 3 (Xbox One X) before its February 15 release thanks to Game Pass

I mean it's not like I have TIME to play ANOTHER sprawling open world game, but it's nice to have the option, theoretically

Love Jade Empire. I got it soon after I'd completed the first Mass Effect (and then again when Origin gave it away as a freebie).

Shame there wasn't a sequel.

Move over Lara Croft there's a new girl in town

And she rocks.

I'm loving this game. Love how she rappels down from the jump. I had to repeat the stunt to record it.

Played a few games of Cannon Fodder from the 1990s.

What they lacked in modern sophistication they more than made up for with their originality and imagination.

Yeah, that's one badly optimized game. The PC port runs poorly even on modern hardware. I only managed to get it going reasonably well after I upgraded to a 1050Ti. Before that, it was unplayable.

It ran reasonably well on my desktop machine but I'm in the process of finishing a few games and then downsizing. I'm debating trashing my PC and using my laptop for everything since I don't really do gaming that much anyway, the appeal is dying.

Funny thing I checked my video on youtube and it had an equal number of likes and dislikes. It's only a 12 second video what can you dislike there?

Finished the story for Assassin's Creed II on my xbox 360 yesterday morning, 42 out of 50 achievements unlocked for the game.

oh I'm not hating, it was honestly disorienting for a minute reading that in 2019 :D

I played the original AC, AC II and Brotherhood back to back to back in 2011 (I think), so I came relatively late to that franchise myself
