What eventually happens to Nhan?

I bet a little Kelpien curry would go well with some naan

Nhan is stationed aboard the USS Enterprise as late as the early 2270s. She is present during the crew’s fateful encounter with the entity known as V’ger (ST: Latter Discoveries, Issue #4) and assists in maintaining proper security protocol during a difficult mission. In actuality, this version of Nhan is a decoy, unaware of her duplicity. The real Nhan had been kidnapped by Mirror Universe Hirogen (ST: A Million Shards). She assisted them in their plight against the Borg, but was wounded in action.

The decoy Nhan continues to perform her duties well on several ships through the 2270s. In 2279, Nhan is stationed aboard the USS Slightly Irate (ST: Mudd’s Fashion, Issues #3-10). Nhan is instrumental in trapping the criminal Harry Mudd inside a 1987 Dodge Viper. In recognition of her service, the Cloud Minders award her with her very own cumulus (ST: Living on Cloud Nine; Short Story #2: Nhan Tucket).

In 2291, Nhan attends the Khitomer Conference but is kidnapped by logic extremists. In retaliation, she kidnaps them back (ST: Eye for an Eye).

At some point prior to 2300, Nhan escorts a science team on the planet Contrivance. When Project MacGuffin backfires, Nhan’s fate is unknown. (Incredible Cross-Sections of the New and Improved 2290s). However, Nhan is in fact transported into the year 2399, where she convinces retired Starfleet Captain Jean-Luc Picard to paint his house yellow and not red (STP: “Empty Nest”). The two develop a close relationship, culminating in the birth of a new Harry Kim (STP: “When Harry Met Mommy”).

However, in 2410 Picard passes away and Nhan receives a subspace communication from a woman claiming to be the real Nhan (ST: Hirog-Nhan). The two develop feelings for one-another and plan to marry if they can find a way to reach to connect through space and time (ST: A Lannhanster Always Pays Her Latinum). Their efforts are complicated by the arrival of Q and Mirror Kira Nerys, who challenge them to a fatal game of cricket (ST: Q-Boo, Issue #7). The real Nhan is killed, but not before she manages to kill Mirror Kira and possess her body (ST: Q-Boo, Issue #8). She then departs with Q, who promises to tell her why Michael Burnham is the key to the salvation of the galaxy in 2412.

I went ahead and looked into the future of Memory Beta over the next decade. That’s all we’ve got thus far.

I think those ideas are all Nhan-sense!
She goes back to the Enterprise, where the life support system has been specially calibrated to support both humans and whatever Nhan-human species she is a member of.
And here she is, seated at the console in the shot with Pike talking to the dude with the printer: http://tos.trekcore.com/hd/thumbnails.php?album=88&page=10

Kor
First he got rid of holograms then Pike went all apeshit on screens too. Had them make printers. They really need heavier bond paper. Dwight Mudd should sell them some. Dunder-Muddlin Space Paper

I get it now. The beep-chair was Pike's idea. he was so scared of having an Airiam hack done on him he had them make his davros chair out of old typewriter parts and a lightbulb switch wired directly to the yes-no neuron on his brain.

I was Nahnplussed till i saw this photo. Thnak you.

Well it looks like Nhan was temporarily taken out during the fight with Leland but there was no overt mention of death. So she could still be alive. (As to why she wasn't in the final scene where Leland dies, I'm guessing that Georgiou told her to stay out of it because it was a personal confrontation between Georgy and Leland.)

She becomes an instructor at the Academy for her own Zen Buddhism-inspired martial arts style, Nhan Violence.

:guffaw: :guffaw:

I want a Nhan Short Trek, dammit. :scream: There's got to be some backstory here.

For one thing, Barzan is not a member of the Federation (we found that out when they appeared on TNG) so Nhan would presumably have needed a sponsor to apply to the Academy. How did she get that? Who was her sponsor? And since the Barzans don't even have manned space travel, how did she get offworld in the first place?
