With Paramount under new management and Alex Kurtzman's contract expiring this year, it's safe to say we'll be seeing some creative shake ups soon. Especially given all of the negativity surrounding Star Trek: Academy. I must admit that I myself haven't watched it yet so I don't have much of an opinion on it. Even though I've enjoyed various bits of the Kurtzman era, I'm open to some creative shake ups as things are starting to seem a little stale. Discovery seemed kinda hit or miss. People even remarked that season 3 of SNW was a disappointment. We're already starting to see some shake ups in the movie department. Do you think with more focus on movies, there'll be another hiatus on the TV side? Kinda like what happened after Enterprise? It was a long time before we had a new show.
