^Unless you live deep in the woods or in the desert miles from the nearest neighborhood, you probably will have neighbors getting on your nerves.

Yes, it's true that neighbors can be a pain in the ass regardless of one's living situation. I'm just not thrilled with the idea of having people above and/or below me. I've already had a couple of water leaks from the upstairs neighbor and it was a pain to get him to call a plumber in to fix the leak. As a result, I cringe every time I hear the pipes and running water coming from above.

Thing is, I am 33 and will be 34 before I finish my degree. My hubby is in academia, a good job but not exactly the big bucks. If we wait until we have a house to have kids.... well.

I play Mega Millions, which now has the Megaplier so for an extra $1 if you match 5...you get a $1,000,000 Cash...Powerball of course has had the Power Play for some time...with same resaults...5/5=$1,000,000. Back in August I matched 4/5...with Powerball...$100...If I would have got the Power Play...x3 that night...it would have been $300.

I want $1,000,000!!! By the way recently a woman in my state won $1,000,000 with Mega Millions(with Megaplier).
