What do you think Q almost said to Picard in AGT?

Picard's artificial heart needs to be upgraded or even changed?

We're still not even sure they have bathrooms. Maybe Q was going to tell Picard where the damn this was so Picard could stop holding it in. 7 years of clenching could explain a lot about Picard.
There's no need for toilets, just transport all the waste products into space, or to a bridge of a Warbird.
Those transporter coordinates better not be far off the mark...

So how would that work exactly? Do they wear some kind of hi-tech underwear? Is it more like a suppository?
Not really sure on this one. But anyways, one possible could be something along the lines of : "You were the best adversary I've ever encountered." Something like that.

There was some talk in this thread earlier that Q wasn't going to say anything, perhaps he just teased Picard.

He was telling that humanity's/his future lies in exploring the unknown possibilities of existence and Picard asks him what he means exactly. Q was about to tell him the plot of the Q movie that would have been made a couple movies into the TNG Movie Era, if they hadn't betrayed the spirit of TNG with the movies that actually ended up as the TNG Movie Era.
They should have gone:

1997 TNG II: full-scale Borg invasion
1999 TNG III: big Q movie
2001 DS9: Bajor joins the Federation
2003 VOY: Caretakers come to Earth
