What do you think of this episode title?

I agree with JustKate about the use of exclamation points -- "Tears of Unchained Revenge!" sounds like a schlocky B-movie or, as RJ said, an adventure serial from the 30s crossed with a made-for-TV chick flick.

"Tears of Kingless Morning" sort of has a nice, poetic quality to it, though. It might sound better if you included the indefinite article, thereby making it "Tears of a Kingless Morning". Just my personal opinion.

I also agree that putting "tears" in more than one episode title is redundant, unless these episodes are connected in a way the previous episodes aren't (i.e. a direct two-parter), in which case the similarities in the titles might make sense.

Thanks for being so honest with me. I understand. *Pats your shoulder*

But why do you find that it's bad idea? I know it sounds cheesy to you, but I want to know why.

Think of movie titles that include exclamation marks. There aren't that many. There's a reason for this.
Mars Attacks!

Well, see, there you go - a perfect example right there. The main reason, I think, is because the exclamation mark is used so seldom in titles that when one is used, it looks over the top - waaaaay over the top. It's used purposely that way in Mars Attacks! for example - they wanted that title to be over the top and by golly, it is. You, presumably, don't want your title to look that way.

Another reason, though, is that it looks...this is hard to describe...it looks as though you know your words alone aren't enough to tell readers, "This is interesting and exciting!" No, instead, you have to instruct them that something is supposed to be interesting and exciting by using an exclamation mark.

How come so many episode titles feature the term "tears" anyway? Is that deliberate? It seems a bit redundant to me. Or do tears have a specific significance to your stories?

Because sixth episode, there will be revenge at first. After that, death in the end. During of Seventh episode, there will be funerals.

Okay. But I still find it repetitive when two consecutive episodes start with the term "tears". Unless you mean them to be more of a two-parter. People might confuse them.
Why don't you mix it up a little? Like for example "Regret of a kingless morning" or something like that. Or "Wrath of unchained revenge" (though that seems a bit too over the top, actually).

As for "Tears in heaven", that's certainly a sad song (what could possibly be more sad than your kid dying?), but I'm not sure that song has the kind of vibe you're going for.
