Well sometimes my wife still calls me SGB or by the screenname we had when we met. Other times I call her "Canadian" and or we'll just call each other bitch. It's when we use things like "honey" or "Sweetie" that we know we're heading for an argument.

Interesting. In Portuguese it means "luggage". Her family called her this because they would joke that she was heavy in the "we always have to take care of you" kinda way. Very cute but not sure if I'm explaining it clearly.

I usually refer to my other half as "Mow". I don't know how this started but he also calls me "Mow", which can be a bit confusing when other people are involved! Originally it was just a daft pet name but now it would be weird to call him anything else!

I also call him Dear Dear Rat Boy, but it's a bit of a mouthful.
