Among Filipinos the norm is mom and dad. However I'm not Filipino so while she calls me daddy I normally use baby or maganda.

It's 'sweetie' or 'darling' for me usually. But I've also shortened her 4 syllable name to something barely more than half a breath so I use that if I'm tired

Lovey, Cakes or Mala. I remeber the first time I called her Baby Cakes. She said "I liiiiike Baby Cakes.." After many years I shortened it to Cakes but sometimes I still say Baby Cakes. Mala is an name that her family gave her and it's a long but cute story.

Oh, and my wife hasn't called me Jim in at least seven years. Pretty funny.
