Spaghetti bolognese. Instead of ground beef, though, my wife used Mexican chorizo sausage. It was friggin' amazing. Spicy, with a bold flavour that worked really well with the red wine.

Scrambled Eggs and Bacon with Toast. Vanilla Coke.
Pork chops with HP Bold sauce, baby red potatoes, and sauteed fresh veg.
Homemade cheeseburgers.
Sweet and sour chicken
Pizza and Vanilla Coke.
Homemade soft taco wraps with rice.
Pasta with tomato and chilli sauce
Steak and baked potato.
Steak, potatoes, corn and salad--at a friend's dinner party. It was SOOOO good!

Last night, I don't remember. 
Friday night, I went out to dinner with a friend. I had caesar salad w/ a few fried oysters on top, and Key Lime Pie ice cream for dessert. Thought I'd died and gone to heaven!

Beef bourguignon, green beans & mustard mash washed down with the rest of the red wine I hadn't used making the dish.
