Just dished up my roast of shoulder lamb, cooked with goose fat, garlic and mint, honey roasted carrots, roast tatas & green beans. Gravy made with the juices and finished off with a dash of dijon mustard, some mint jelly for the plate and washing it down with a medium-bodied red.
BBQ Leg of Lamb, Potatoes, and Broccoli. Fruit tart with ice cream for desert.

I actually cooked and made some linguine with chicken and garlic onion tomato sauce.
