Last night was beef Milanese. Tonight, it probably just be pasta.

No big deal, btw. I'm just spending a relaxing weekend at my friendly neighborhood world-class hospital, with an IV stuck in my arm.

Turkey Dinner with all the fixings Glass of white wine. Mince Tarts for desert.

For Christmas we had lasagna, minestrone soup, italian sausage and turkey meatballs in maranara sauce, bowtie pasta with pepperoni and parmesan cheese and chicken parmesan and ham. For dessert apple pie, sweet potato pie and molasses cookies.
