Grilled Cheese and bacon sandwich. Coke.
Garlic hummus on naan bread with chicken, lettuce, and hot sauce and folded like a sandwich.
Beef stir fry.
a hamburger and some macaroni salad and sour cream and onion potato chips
Poached Halibut along with steamed prawns over brown rice. Cherry Dr. Pepper.

Chinese buffet with a few dear friends.
I was lucky yesterday: I had ordered a lasagna to take out at my local Italian and when I got there to collect my order, they had run out of pasta, so I got a huge pizza and a delicious panna cotta for free =)
Pizza and Coke.
Nothing. Had such a huge lunch that for dinner, we just had a few snacks.
KFC chicken strips and potatoes/gravy.
teriyaki beef and fried rice
A couple of soft taco wraps filled with chicken, beef, grated cheese and beans. Chased it down with some diet soda on ice.
Spinach and ricotta pasta
Roast Chicken with mashed potatoes and Broccoli. Pumpkin Pie for desert.
