Last night, it was tiny, bacon-wrapped steaks. Very good.
Canadian bacon, pineapple and mushroom pizza.
Part of a rising crust, deep dish pepperoni and sausage pizza along with some ice water.
Garlic bread pizza with chicken and onion. Coke.
Cheese tortellini and salad. And CAKE.
Spinach and ricotta pasta
Mac & Cheese.
Rice with a meatball pasta sauce, (used Honey Garlic Sausages for the meatballs) and Coke.
a ham, turkey and cheese sandwich
Chicken in creamy garlic sauce.
Chef Boyardee Spaghetti and meatballs with buttered bread on the side for clean up.
I wanted meat loaf but since it's so fraking hot I made meat loaf hamburger patties and fried them on the stovetop and it came out tasting just like regular meat loaf. I made mashed potatoes and onion gravy to go along with it.
Left over meatball sauce along with penne. Dr. Pepper.
Sausage with egg whites and buttered toast.
Salmon and broccoli.
Pasta and Dr. Pepper.
Some cheddar cheese and broccoli rice along with some ice water.
Had Halibut, sautéed veggies, brown rice, and prawns. A couple glasses of Red Wine. Homemade Apple Cake for desert.
Some homemade beef stew I whipped up to see if I still knew how to do it after so long. It wasn't that bad. I prefer store-bought versions but for a dish I haven't made in ages it turned out to be pretty delicious.
Last night I roasted a pork loin with some green onion and sour apple, sugary/cirtus yams and vinegar cabbage on the side.
This AM will be an 'everything' bagel topped with salmon cream cheese cut with Sriracha and a bit of caper juice from the jar. Also fruit..fresh fruits of all types this time of day is a must.
(Wifey wont go NEAR any sea proteins unless they are bland fast-foody whitefish or fried shrimp now and again...sad..)
Dunno about evening meal, havent thought that far ahead. Maybe some Basmati rice with coco milk....also been itching to try out my new mandolin, heh..
Back to my ginger ale, Schweppes, in a can.
