OOoh, I made some hummus last night as well. I threw some olives in this time, and it was delicious!It was so hot here that I decided to have a nice big tossed salad with lots of greens, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, purple onions, shredded carrots, sliced black olives, sunflower seeds, croutons with homemade buttermilk ranch dressing. I also toasted up some slices of a bagette with garlic and I made to spread on it some hummus.
Then for dessert I sliced some fresh strawberries and topped them with some fat free Cool Whip.

One of our favorite restaurants in Boston was closing after nearly 20 years, so we went to the closing bash: had their signature Wedge salad and their fabulous lobster mac and cheese. Yum! It was a great night with friends old and new. But, I'm sad that our old haunt is no more. RIP, Laurel; thanks for the memories!
