I went out tonight with my parents to El Torito and I had a steak fajita, a chicken fajita and a cheese enchilada. It came with some rice, guacamole and sweet Mexican corn bread. Yum!

Had two pizza buns and a slice of Raspberry cheesecake for desert.
Chili Macaroni Hamburger Helper
Thai chicken and lemongrass soup (Tom Ka Gai), with coconut milk, bok choy, broccoli, red chilli, and a number of Thai spices. Very warming and soothing on what was an unseasonably cold night.
yogurt with cinnamon and granola -- I don't eat my big meal in the evening.
I made a meatloaf which is always awesome. However i am now venting plasma like you wouldn't believe.
Some deep-dish pepperoni pizza.
Had some fried chicken at KFC.
Spaghetti in a mushroom and mozzarella sauce.
Thai chicken patties on a bed of mixed salad.

Ranch-bacon-chicken pizza & chicken tenders. Cluck-Cluck. 
We went to PF Chang's for hubby's birthday dinner. It was lovely.
I was fighting a cold last night---but now I'm horribly ill. Bleh. Glad we got to go out when we did.

Smoked sausages & potato salad.
hamburgers and fries.
Vegetable soup with fresh baby peas, green beans, onion, carrot, garlic, celery, turnip, daikon, and tomato, seasoned with fresh dill and mustard. Heavenly.
It was so hot here that I decided to have a nice big tossed salad with lots of greens, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, purple onions, shredded carrots, sliced black olives, sunflower seeds, croutons with homemade buttermilk ranch dressing. I also toasted up some slices of a bagette with garlic and I made to spread on it some hummus.
Then for dessert I sliced some fresh strawberries and topped them with some fat free Cool Whip.
