What Did You Have For Dinner Last Night?

Hubby grilled up shrimp-burgers last night. They were good, but WAY too rich for me. I could only eat about half of it.

Just had some nice steelhead trout, along with garlic & olive oil couscous, and roasted asparagus sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese.

One of my favorite dinners! And this coming from someone who is not a huge fish fan.

Ate a very delicious steak sandwich, with chips, at Citi Field last night. (I had tickets to the Pepsi Porch and they got me into one of those little restauranty clubby things.)

We got three pizzas from the supermarket for dinner. One was the DiGiorno pizza that comes with breadsticks. Yummy.

Organic basmati rice seasoned with plenty of chicken stock, vegetable stock cubes, cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves. Paired with seasonal vegetables sautéed with olive oil in the pan with pepper, garlic, chilli, and a splash of lime. Loved it!

I played with the pasta-shape maker on my Kenwood Chef (my favourite kitchen toy!) for the first time and had some awesome home-made macaroni cheese. Nothing beats home-made.

Went to my parents and had two sandwiches on French bread with turkey, ham, cucumber, lettuce, with honey mustard and left over bbq nugget potatoes. Had ice tea with them. Blueberry's for dessert.

You could use a little more variety. How about a BBQ chicken Hot Pocket and some Jeno's Pizza Rolls?
