What Did You Have For Dinner Last Night?

My wife and I share a meal of a mixed bowl containing the following once a week:

- whole wheat catelli spaghetti (approx 2 cups each)
- Stagg Vegetarian Chili (1 can)
- fresh cut salsa (incl. tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, onion and chili)
- some shredded mozzarella
- piece of whole wheat toast w/margarine

Makes a delicious and nutritious post-workout dinner! :)

Wheel of artisanal Chaources, stonebaked French baguette, several glasses of 10yr old Tawny Port. Having a nice quiet Friday evening in...

A tuna sandwich. :bolian:

A very careful and detailed choice there, certainly it puts the "anal" into "artisanal Chaources." :bolian:

Went to Red Robin last night and had their new (in this area anyway) Burning Love burger. Beef seasoned with cayenne pepper, topped by jalapeno jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, deep-fried jalapeno slices, hot salsa and chipotle mayo. Definitely hot and pretty good if you're into that kind of thing like I am.

Leftover Fleischsalat (Meat Salad) from a party I attended a few days ago. Unfortunately my current gastrointestinal activity strongly implies that the mayonnaise may have gone somewhat bad. :(

also, boneless ribs (here prior to baking) in a dry a dry rub of salt, pepper, brown sugar, peprica, and garlic powder. Later they got slathered in bbq sauce for grilling and then devoured until gone :D

Gorgeous. What cheeses do you use in your M&C?

It's only a sauce made from a block of white cheddar and a block of Velveeta (egg and milk). I like rigatoni so that the sauce swims through the noodles  I usually add a second box of elbows but I was out so this one got a half box of broken lasagna thrown in. Nothin' special but we love it ;)
